1) Do I have to be in college or a “Hunk(ette)” to own a College Hunks Franchise?
No.  Present Franchisees range in age from 25 to 60, and include both men and women. You do need to hire and train collegiate teams to do the work and be the client face of the company.

2) What is the size of a franchise territory?
We pride ourselves on offering large territories with ample room for income and growth.  Many Franchisees have opted to develop multiple franchise territories.

3) What kind of support will I receive from the Franchisor?
Extensive. We are invested in your success, and have developed a national call center (1-800-Junk-USA), proprietary software (JunkWARE), award-winning marketing campaigns and website (www.1800JunkUSA.com), and a full-service coaching staff to help you with ongoing support in addition to our initial training.

4) What kind of training will I receive?
In addition to the 5-day initial training at Junk University, we offer ongoing support, weekly coaching calls, on-site support, and annual conferences.

5) How much will a College Hunks franchise cost?
Start-up expenses for one territory are in the area of $60,000, which includes franchise fee, grand opening package, insurance deposits, training expenses, etc.  Additionally, a Franchisee will need access to at least $40,000 to cover operating expenses for the first 3 months.  All franchises start with at least one truck, depending on the size of the territory(ies).  College Hunks Hauling Junk has structured its program to be very affordable, especially considering the potential for growth. 6) Is financing available?
Yes.  There are various financing programs that College Hunks Hauling Junk Franchisees may qualify for which are offered through third-party financing sources.

7) As a franchise owner, am I expected to drive the truck as well as operate the business?
Most Franchisees will only work on a truck for the first three months to familiarize themselves with that aspect of the business.  Thereafter, they concentrate entirely on the general operation of their company.  We also have an absentee-owner program available.
