Hi, I’m Faisal Ansari, your local College Hunks Hauling Junk franchise owner and operator. I graduated from The University of Miami in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. I spent my first few post graduate years trying to figure out what career path I wanted to chase. After jumping from desk job to desk job I realized that my calling was not that of a typical individual with my education. I had stayed in contact with an esteemed colleague of mine, Omar Soliman from our old days at “The U”. Omar is the CEO and Co-founder of College Hunks Hauling Junk, which was an idea that was consummated while he attended The University of Miami. Once he had informed of his early successes and his plan to franchise the company nationally, it was a no-brainer for me. In January of 2007, I went on to open the first franchise of College Hunks Hauling Junk in Orlando, FL. I am currently a resident of South Tampa and expanded my franchise territories to cover the Greater Tampa Bay Area in March of 2008.

College Hunks Hauling Junk is more than just a business for me, I joined the family because I thought it would be a unique way to make a living and help the community at the same time. At College Hunks Hauling Junk we strive to be as environmentally conscience as possible. We recycle over 60% of our items collected and almost 100% of all of our electronics, metals, plastic, and concrete. We also have worked with the Red Cross, Goodwill, and The Salvation Army to place usable lightly worn furniture with in need families.
